Delivery Policy

Most orders can be fully tracked from your dispatch email. You will also receive an email from Royal Mail or UPS with your tracking information. Your tracking will be live from the evening that your order is dispatched. We offer Same Day Dispatch on orders placed and paid before the cut-off time that’s 3pm (Monday to Friday). hence If you place your order before the stated cut-off time (Monday – Friday) you will be eligible for the Next-Day Delivery service.

The courier will notify you of the day of your delivery with an estimated time slot. Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or bank holidays. You can follow the progress of your parcel using the tracking link provided in your dispatch email.

How is my order going to be packaged?

We ensure all parcels are in plain cardboard packaging for discreet delivery of your medicines and pharmacy goods. The packaging does not contain any branding on the outer packaging. The parcels are sealed with glue to ensure that they are tamper-proof.

Will my parcel fit through the letterbox?

Where possible, we will attempt to package all small parcels to fit through your letterbox in tamper-proof packaging. We will confirm on support whether you parcel is likely to fit through the letterbox.


For lost items, we would have to make a claim either through Royal Mail or Courier used. Once we have received the claim, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement; otherwise, we cannot take any further action. This process may take between 2-3 weeks.

We are proud to offer fast and discreet delivery for all our treatments so you can get your order delivered next day, and only you will know what’s inside.

We shall not be held liable for failures in delivery if we cannot gain access to the property or failure after multiple attempts to deliver. A refund will not be issued.

Our policy does not allow for any medicines to be returned – this is for safety reasons, and we are not authorised to re-sell returned medication. Medicinal products cannot be returned due to the legislation governing the sale and supply of medicines in the UK; this is the law which every pharmacy must abide by.

Once an item is returned to us, we will either dispose of the medication after seven days or resend it at the customers request. At this point, additional charges will apply for postage of the medication to cover the costs incurred by Life Meds Pharmacy. Delivery dates are not guaranteed but we will do our utmost to ensure goods are delivered within the stated date or soon afterwards.

We cannot accept liability for missing or stolen parcels, where the customer has requested for the parcel to be left in a safe place.
All treatments are sent in discreet packaging. No mention of the medication appears on the packaging, so only you’ll know what’s inside. No logos. No mention of pharmacy. No description of the contents.
